Description

This course provides anesthesiologists with hands-on simulation training to manage perioperative crises effectively. Using high-fidelity scenarios, participants will enhance their ability to recognize, assess, and respond to critical events such as respiratory failure, hemodynamic instability, and anesthesia-related complications. The course emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, integrating evidence-based guidelines and crisis resource management principles. Through structured debriefing and real-time feedback, participants will refine both technical and non-technical skills to improve patient safety and outcomes. This immersive learning experience prepares anesthesia professionals to handle real-world emergencies with confidence and efficiency.
