Patient Acquisition Strategies: SEO, social media marketing, paid ads.
Patient Retention Techniques: Automated communications, loyalty
programs, educational content.Activity: Attendees design a Digital
Marketing Campaign and develop platform-specific content.

Session 3: AI Integration (45 minutes)
AI-driven patient education tools (24/7 chatbots and virtual consultations).
Smart appointment management and care personalization.Demo:
Interactive AI chatbot simulation.

Session 4: Implementation Strategies (45 minutes)
Develop a comprehensive digital growth plan.
Plan execution for content, branding, and AI-driven engagement.Activity:
